Job Description Great entrepreneurial type career opportunities for entry-level to senior level professionals seeking a high income potential opportunity. ROI is looking for some special individuals. There are many types of recruiters; ROI seeks particularly entrepreneurial, ‘production’ minded individuals for several types of recruiting opportunities.

All positions require the following types of skills:

Bright, able to absorb and process information quickly.
Not afraid of the phone.
Looking for high income potential type of career.
Successful sales experience of some type.

If you are just starting out in your career, we need individuals with some aptitude in Information Technology, understanding of IT, and interested in networking with specific types of IT professionals in particular niches like IT security, hospital IT, enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc). These individuals will be provided with contacts and business opportunities, including existing search order assignments. As you grow, and begin to bring in additional business of your own, on top of filling already existing requirements, your income will increase and your commission percentage will grow.

If you are an experienced professional, ROI will provide the tools, training and infrastructure to develop a clientele and fill search assignments, in any professional discipline that you desire. You must bring a knowledge of your profession, an eye for areas of demand in that profession, and a desire to build and create your own business, with help. Your compensation plan will provide a much higher than industry average payout.We are open to individuals in various locations, but are particularly interested in individuals in the Grand Strand region. We know that this region attracts experienced professionals interested in the area lifestyle, and who seek a professional opportunity appropriate to their income desires, experience and education.We are also open to part-time, and remote individuals who have the self-discipline to set goals and work a regular schedule, although the specific hours are flexible.

Required Skills Ability to source and recruit specialists from entry level to senior executive level in one or more particular fields. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Good oral and written communication skills. Flexibility, passion and attention to detail. High energy phone skills. Ability to speak comfortably with strangers, find common interests and build rapport.

Required Education Bachelors

Required Experience Professional or functional experience in a professional field. Prior sales experience. Real estate sales experience would be an ideal example.
